Execution Plan
Being part of WATRM program is a life long commitment.
This is a culture and not a right of passage. The members hold the oath of RIGHT men for life.
There is a formal session, with coaching involved and it is mandatory to participate in the program before being recognized as an alumni and member of the Program.Once completed with a full training, the member gets recognized as a member and start to explore various opportunities presented through the program
DURATION:
Each candidate will be in the program for Four (4) Months broken down into two phases of: First Assessments and personal mastery / strength coaching, with the 2nd phase focusing on business exposure and practical experience. The formal program has two uptakes per year. The first suns between 1 February till 31 May and the 2nd uptake is 1 June to End of September of each year. The participants may then could consider to venture into various business opportunities as designed by Grooming The Executive.
COST:
The cost to the program is split into two:
Stage 1 - Formal Coaching
It attracts a Cost exclusive of VAT, of Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty(R 2 750.00) per candidate for the already highly discounted coaching and other services rendered by various service providers.
Stage 2 - Business Coaching
This is an optional stage, where GTE through its various networks present an opportunity to participate in a business venture. Each year, possible semester too, may present new opportunities and each candidate would choose the business they deem fitting to them and their aspirations. This stage carry its own cost that may differ from opportunity to the other
